By accessing or using Jorrii ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Jorrii is an AI-powered creative platform that enables users to generate images, videos, and voice content using various AI models through a visual workflow interface. The Service is currently in beta.

ACCOUNTS

You must create an account to use most features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

USER CONTENT

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI models used. You are responsible for ensuring your prompts and inputs do not violate any laws or third-party rights. We do not claim ownership of your generated content. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content as necessary to provide the Service.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content, impersonate others or create deceptive content, violate intellectual property rights, attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service, or use the Service for spam, harassment, or fraud.

AI-GENERATED CONTENT

Content generated by AI models may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content appropriately. AI generation is subject to the terms and policies of the underlying model providers (OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Kling, etc.).

CREDITS AND BILLING

Some features consume credits. Credit costs vary by model and feature. Free tier users receive a limited number of credits. Paid plans and credit purchases may be introduced in the future.

AVAILABILITY

The Service is provided "as is" during beta. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jorrii shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
